Home renovation grants

Home renovation grants may be available to owner-occupiers and landlords of accommodation which is deemed 'unfit to live in', is in a bad state of repair, shows evidence of extensive dampness, lacks basic amenities such as bathroom or toilet facilities and where the applicant is unable to pay for essential repairs.
