Licences - entertainment
Under the Licensing Act 1964 a licence was required where you intend to have entertainment, such as a dance, concert, variety show or other entertainment to which members of the public are to be admitted and where some payment for admission is to be paid. This legislation has now been superseded by the Licensing Act 2003 (see LGSL 860)
