If you are a childcare employer and are looking to advertise your job vacancy then the Coventry Childcare Recruitment Service can help. Our service can provide your business with the vital link it needs to potential employees.

Coventry Childcare Recruitment Service offers childcare providers the opportunity to advertise job vacancies, free of charge. Once the job advert is placed our service is able to make amendments, if required. Perhaps you were not successful on recruiting from your original advert, just give us a ring and we can update or change any job details we are advertising for your business.

Where our vacancies are advertised

Our service will place the vacancy at the following locations:

• Childcarelink Web Site (we update vacancies on a daily basis). Visit the childcare link website to view our vacancy boards.
• Jobs Newsletter (this is a newsletter that goes out to people that are looking for early years and childcare jobs).
• Job Centre Plus.
• Local colleges and training providers.
• Job Vacancy Book situated at Coventry Children's Information Service.

Jobs Fairs

Childcare employers are also welcome to join the Coventry Childcare Recruitment Team at any road shows or jobs fairs that the service attends. This gives employers the opportunity to meet potential employees. If employers are unable to attend road shows, our team are happy to handout any application forms or details about your job vacancies on behalf of your business. The Team are also happy to assist employers with any Recruitment Open Days they may hold.

Links with local colleges

Each year the Coventry Childcare Recruitment Service visits local Further Education Colleges and various training providers as students reach the end of their courses. The service takes along any current job vacancies and promotes them to the students. Employers are welcome to come along and join the team on these days.

Keeping up to date

Coventry Childcare Recruitment Service provides updates to all of our Childcare Employers regarding any changes in the National Minimum Wage or Employment Laws.

Our service also produces a Business & Recruitment Handbook which is available to all Coventry Childcare Providers. If you would like a copy please ring or email us.
