The Coventry Direct Express, is Coventry City Council's mobile one-stop stop.
What services are available on the Coventry Direct Express?
Services on board the Coventry Direct Express include:
- Housing and council tax benefit
- Noise complaints, pest control, pollution and grass cutting
- Bins and recycling
- Street cleaning
- Street lighting
- Pavements and potholes
There are also computers offering internet access so you can reserve library books, find out where roadworks are, pay council tax or apply for a school place, using our website (www.coventry.gov.uk). Advisers are on hand to help people find out about other services and who can help.
The Coventry Direct Express has disabled access.

The Coventry Direct Express stops at nine community venues across the city each week.
