The Council's Business, Investment and Enterprise Team is leading the drive to support the City's growth plans by encouraging and supporting business investment. Our innovative Sector Development Strategy is designed to give Coventry based businesses a competitive advantage which they can exploit.

Initially we are focusing our efforts on developing the following sectors:

A strategy for each technology based sector is being developed that will describe:

The reason for choosing to commit to the development of the sector
What achievements are being sought
Who are the key partners and how will we work collaboratively with them
How we will achieve our objectives
The outcomes we seek
How we will resource this work
Monitoring and evaluating our work
