Family Learning Courses
The Children and Family Education Service offers a variety of courses in primary schools and community venues to help you to support your child's learning. All programmes are free, informal and fun and will give you the chance to improve your skills and gain a certificate.
Footsteps offers you the opportunity to learn how to enhance your children's development whilst sharing books, fun activities and rhymes with them (0 - 4 years). There are books to borrow and activities to do at home. The emphasis is on learning through play.
If you can't help with your children's homework because they don't teach things like they used to, then Helping with Homework will solve your homework headaches.
We offer a variety of programmes and support for families on parenting. These will help you to deal with the challenges that your children present, from toddlers to teenagers.
For more information on these and other Family Learning opportunities phone 024 7678 6800.
