Services for asylum seekers and refugees in Coventry
Information about services available to asylum seekers, refugees and new migrants.
In March 2006, the NRF Training for Work for Asylum Seekers, Refugees and New Migrants project began at the Adult Education Service. The project offers a range of vocational ESOL and NVQ level 2 classes to people from new communities in Coventry.
The project also co-ordinates information about other services that are available to asylum seekers and refugees in Coventry. The project runs until March 2008.
Services are offered under the following headings:
- Employment, training and education
- Health and well being
- Children and young people
- Housing
- Refugee integration
