Children and Family Education Service
The Children and Family Education Service supports children and family learning, encouraging learning through play and learning from experience. The service provides an extensive summer holiday playscheme and a wide range of courses to help parents and carers support their children's learning.
If you are a baby, a toddler, a primary school child or a parent / carer, the Children and Family Education Service will have something for you.
Every year we work with...
- Over 6,000 primary-school children through children's clubs, special projects and summer play schemes.
- Over 2,000 parents/carers through our family education programmes.
- Over 1,000 pre-school children in our creches and family activities.
