Future Projects
As part of our Statement of Community Involvement developers are encouraged to consult with you before making a formal planning application.
It is hoped that by doing this we can promote high quality developments and understand any concerns you may have relating to a proposal at an early stage in the design process.
How you can comment on future projects
Listed at the foot of this page are current pre-application proposals where the developers are seeking comments, and when the consultation period will end.
To make your comment:
- Please use our online feedback form; or
- if you prefer you can write to the Development Projects Team at the address provided below.
Any comments received will be passed to the developers as part of the consultation process. (Please quote the reference number provided on any correspondence).
Paper copies of documents will also be available to view at the Planning Advisory Desk, Civic Centre 4, Much Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2PY at the following times:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30am to 5.00pm
- Tuesdays 8:30am to 6.00pm
- Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

If you want to keep your personal details private then please ensure that you include the instruction as part of any comments that you make.
The City Council will not make your comments available to be viewed - they will be passed to the developer as part of the process and they may choose to add your views to the supporting information submitted as part of any future formal application.
