Coventry Landlords' Forum

The Landlord Accreditation Office within the Council's Housing Policy and Services department periodically organises and resources a landlords' forum.


Details of Landlords' Forum meetings

The Coventry Landlords' Forum and the intention is that it is held every three or four months. The forum is normally held on a Tuesday evening at 6:15pm at the Coventry Central Hall in Warwick Lane (adjacent to New Union Street) in central Coventry.

The business of the forum is varied and in the past has included presentations and discussions on such subjects as, the formulation of a Working Group to devise the standards for the Coventry Accredited Property Scheme, fire safety, Housing Benefit, landlords legal obligations, personal taxation and pensions, the Housing Act 2004, Houses in Multiple Occupation and other related topics.
