The huge range of activities on offer include all of the traditional habitat studies: historical research and exploration; geography-based work including map work, the examination of land usage, and investigating the effect of pressure from tourism. The work is aimed at all levels of ability. We are in the unique position to be able to incorporate cross-curricular links to all areas of study, linking things like art or literacy to any of the other study areas.

For those requiring more we offer tailor made programmes for more challenging or those who require specific areas of specialist study. Our work on woodland crafts and tradition land management has provided a vocation learning experience which is becoming increasingly popular with students of all abilities.

Team-building activities

We provide exciting and safe activities aimed at encouraging team building and social interaction particularly useful for newly formed groups or those where effective communication is a problem.

Work-related learning

We also offer work-related learning programmes and are looking to develop areas which will tie into 14-19 diplomas as they come on line.
