Ranger service
Coombe Country Parks Ranger Service is provided by Coventry City Council, and manages this historical estate for everyone to enjoy.
The rangers, with help from volunteers, organise events and activities, provide information and education services, and carry out practical conservation work to conserve the site for both visitors and wildlife.
Rangers are easily identifiable in their distinctive uniforms, and regularly patrol the site in order to rectify any maintenance problems and promote an effective and efficient response to issues. These high profile patrols can also be a very reassuring sight for visitors to the countryside - knowing that there is someone available to answer questions, provide advice or help to solve any problems.
