This is your chance to see the Cook and Eat Well in Coventry team live at work - and, importantly, to try whatever they cook up! You'll see our team sizzle, stir and simmer all over Coventry. With free tips, recipes and advice, you'll soon be on course to becoming a Coventry cook yourself.
Workshops
Our workshops quite literally bring the kitchen to nurseries, libraries and other venues. They're the perfect place for you to get hands on with preparing and cooking food - as well as trying quizzes, games and discussions. Each workshop is themed to suit your needs; cooking from scratch, cooking for one, cooking on a budget, packed lunches, and feeding the under 5s.
Working lunch
About to pack in your packed lunch? Well, fear not. Our workplace taster sessions offer all you need to liven things up over your break... and they help with breakfast and dinner too! You can get involved with fun stuff, live demonstrations and the chance to prepare and cook some tasty grub.
