Confidence Building - Creative Optimistic Visions - Alternative Provision Directory 23/24

Course requires minimum of 6 Learners.

Individuals attending this course will have the opportunity to complete a Level 1 Open College Network West Midlands qualification in Employability Skills, covering the units of Developing Personal Confidence and Self Awareness and Improving Own Confidence.

Learners will Identify and understand what confidence is, and how this relates to individuals, peer groups and society. Using Protective Behaviours principles and strategies to understand we all have a right to feel safe all the time, we unpick these simple strategies Learn how to communicate effectively, practicing the language of safety.

This course enables individuals to build towards the future, using the strategies learned throughout the course to plan and start the foundation to a better future. We balance our programmes with theory and creativity. Offering a range of different creative ways to embed our learning. We do this in Confident Me via scrapbooking, arts and crafts.
