Protective Behaviours - Creative Optimistic Visions - Alternative Provision Directory 23/24

This course introduces individuals to the principle and practices of the Protective Behaviours Process and mentoring skills. Learners will be invited to take part in a range of activities to explore the theory behind the concept of feeling safe, and the external and internal influencers of how someone may think, feel or choose to behave. In addition, learners will explore the role of a mentor, including the benefits of mentorship and learn skills that can enable them to support themselves and others within a mentoring capacity. Learners can achieve a Level 1 Qualification from this course if attended for 1 year.
