On Thursday 2 May 2019, the city will vote for councillors to represent them on the City Council. 18 out of the 54 seats on the City Council will be up for election. Candidates' details will be published after 4 April, once nominations close.
Residents in Allesley, Keresley and Finham Parish areas will also have the opportunity to elect Parish Councillors to their respective Parish Councils.
All electors who are currently registered and are eligible to vote on Thursday 2 May should receive their polling card by 7 April. If you have not received anything by Tuesday 7 April, you can contact the elections office helpline to check your registration status. The helpline number is 024 7683 3034.
If you've recently moved or turned 18, you may not be registered. Register at www.gov.uk/registertovote The deadline to register for this election is 12 April 2019.

The results will be published online during the count process which takes place overnight on 2 May and the early hours of 3 May.
