Use the official online learning portal - go-on.co.uk where modules teach people useful online skills such as job hunting, shopping online, using Facebook, accessing government services etc.
For users with very basic IT skills there are even tutorials on using a mouse or keyboard. Provided in association with Foleshill Women's Training.
