Step-O-Meter workshops

A Step-O-Meter is a small, lightweight device, which simply clips on to your waistband and counts the number of steps you take. It is a recognised fact that if you use a Step-O-Meter you are more likely to be motivated to walk and also gradually increase the number of steps you take each day. The Healthy Walks team provide Step-O-Meter workshops to groups and organisations.photo: visitors to the Step-O-Meter workshop
