Coventry Let's Walk
A weekly programme of organised walks operates across the city - search the Coventry Active database to find your nearest walk.
All the walks are free and are designed for anyone who wants to start exercising again. Whether you are concerned about heart problems, enjoy walking, or would just like to meet people, then stride on!
The Coventry Walks website
The Coventry Walks (external) website gives details of many walks in Coventry. It provides an index of walks, a wealth of history and information on things you may see during the walks, maps and links to other web sites.

Step-O-Meter workshops
A Step-O-Meter is a small, lightweight device, which simply clips on
to your waistband and counts the number of steps you take. It is a recognised fact that if you use a Step-O-Meter you are
more likely to be motivated to walk and also gradually increase the number of steps you take each day. The Healthy Walks team provide
Step-O-Meter workshops to groups and organisations.
