We now operate an appointment only service which means that if we can’t deal with your question by phone or e-mail we will book a time for you to see a Benefits Officer.
If you have information that we need to support your claim you can take a picture of it and send this in by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. E-mailing us is the quickest way to get this to us and to make sure your claim is processed.
If you need to speak to an officer you will need to book an appointment and this can be done by calling us on 024 7683 1800 to arrange this.
If you do not you have an email account you can use our document hand-in facility however you may experience a wait to be seen, go to the Customer Service Centre at Floor 1, Broadgate House, Coventry, CV1 1FS. Just up the ramp from Broadgate or through the entrance in the Upper Precinct.
