Copy of decision notices
If you want us to copy a planning decision notice for you, it will be £30 per copy of decision. All decision notices are available from our online planning register free of charge.
Informal planning search
If you want us to prepare a list of planning applications that relate to a property or site there will be a charge for this. You will need to provide us with a location plan that clearly identifies the extent of the area you require. Once this has been received along with our initial appraisal fee we will advise you of the particular cost of preparing the site history based on the fee schedule below.
- List of applications relating to a site: £45 (inc. VAT) per site.
- Supplementary question relating to search results (charge per decision reviewed) *: £45 (inc. VAT)
- Planning history search with details of any restrictive permitted development conditions: £75 (inc VAT)
* Any supplementary question that asks us to confirm the use of status of a property or site cannot be answered and you will be advised to apply for a Lawful Development Certificate.
