Coventry Waterpark and Leisure Centre

Construction is underway on a new £36 million waterpark in the heart of Coventry City Centre.

The new building, which will house a waterpark with a range of slides, a lazy river, wave pool, day spa, 25 metre swimming pool, 120 station gym, dance studio and squash courts has been designed by international architects FaulknerBrowns. The circular building will be dramatically lit at night. The cladding is currently being installed and you will soon see the slides go in.

The waterpark is set to open in spring 2019.

The Council is also working on a new 50m pool at the Allan Higgs Centre which could be open to the public in late 2018.
