Cycle training

Bikeability training (modern version of cycling proficiency) for children is delivered in many primary schools by our cycle training team. Contact your school office to check if they are taking part this year.

 Tips for teaching children and adults to cycle (from cycling organisations)

Need help teaching your child to ride? Come along to HSBC UK Let’s Ride Pop Up Longford Park on 12 and 26 August 10-12 and find out about HSBC UK Ready Set Ride - A brand new, fun and easy way to teach your kids how to ride a bike from British Cycling. Help will be on hand to show you how to get the kids cycling. Bring your own bikes in roadworthy condition or use our balance bikes (suitable for ages 4-6).
