71158: SIA Licensed Patrol Officer

Salary: £12 per hour 
Location: Coventry CV1
Hours: Part Time

Seeking SIA Licensed patrol officers to join our team at the Coventry Business Improvement District.
Although this is a security-type role, it's more about the person's customer service and communication skills as they will be the face of the BID on a day to day basis

Vacancy Details: 

• Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding licence.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Coventry city centre/ inner ring road area is preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Previous security experience is required.

65754: Event Stewarts and SIA Operatives 

Salary: £10.18 - £12.50 per hour 
Location: Coventry CV6
Hours: Zero hour contract

Vacancy Details: 

• Welcome all visitors to the venue.
• Dealing with any queries and offering additional information regarding the event.
• Checking access passes (where applicable).
• Helping to direct flow of foot traffic.
• Offer an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the event.
• Being the eyes and ears of the event and ensuring the safety team have the information they require.   
• Previous customer service experience.
• You must have a good level of verbal and written English.
• The ability to react calmly in high pressured situations
