Admin/Customer Service Team Manager

Salary: £11.54 per hour
Hours: Part time 20-25 hours
Location: Coventry CV1

Vacancy details: 

• Position will involve administration duties, taking bookings and queries over the telephone.
• Dealing with customer queries and hearing aid maintenance on the shop floor, occasionally working under pressure.
• There may be an opportunity to train in some clinical procedures for the right person.
• You must be a quick learner and be computer literate, with a reasonable understanding of Microsoft applications.
• Training will be given but we use various IT platforms so if you're terrified of technology then this probably isn't the role for you!

Salary: £21,500 Per Annum 
Hours: Part-time - 30 hours
Location: Coventry CV6

• Confidence to handle multiple currencies and administrative tasks whilst complying with procedures.
• Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which include evenings & weekends in line with customer demand.
