Supporting people to achieve their potential

The Employment Support Service (TESS) is a nationally recognised supported employment service for disabled people and people with health conditions.

We specialise in providing a range of individually tailored services to assist people to gain and retain employment by working in partnership with employers who recognise the many benefits of employing a diverse workforce.

TESS has been successfully supporting people into work for more than 20 years. Our dedicated and experienced team are committed to supporting people to achieve their full potential and we pride ourselves on providing a responsive and comprehensive service.

TESS is one of 13 sites in the UK to have been assessed by the Centre for Mental Health and recognised as a Centres of Excellence in IPS (Individual Placement Support) an approach to supporting people with mental health difficulties into employment.

The Employment Support Service (TESS) is part of our wider Employment Team.

Would you or anyone else you know be interested in becoming a volunteer? We have worked with colleagues in Adult Social Care to develop the Coventry Enabling Scheme, supporting disabled people with work, travel or accessing the community. You can find out more here:
