Waste solutions

Coventry City Council does not carry out any commercial waste collections. Businesses should not use the council's domestic waste service for their waste disposal requirements.

All businesses are under a Duty of Care for their waste under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. This duty includes a requirement to only transfer waste to an authorised person and to transfer a written description of the waste to the person taking it.

There are various commercial waste collection companies operating within the City, one of which is Tom White Waste you can contact them on 024 7666 2525 to discuss collection and disposal of general waste and recycling services. Details of all companies can be found by searching online.
