Walking to work

With roads becoming congested and car parks overflowing, companies are now encouraging their employees to walk to work. This can also be combined with using public transport for those who have to go a bit further. You can guarantee your journey time and you don't have to pay for parking.

You can plan your route by looking at the Coventry section of the website.  Not only does it show you the best route, but also the distance, time taken to walk, calories burned and CO2 emissions saved. Forward-thinking companies are also setting up lunchtime walking sessions and providing showering and changing facilities for its walkers.
