Coventry Communications Centre

The Coventry Communications Centre is the security arm of Coventry City Council. The new centre was built in 1999, although we have been providing security solutions to the council, local businesses and citizens of Coventry for the last 30 years. You can rest assured that we are a professional, well established and reputable security service.

The Coventry Communications Centre was built to comply with BS5979 requirements, and since opening it has become known as a Centre of Excellence throughout the UK. We are proud to have achieved NSI (National Security Industry - previously NACOSS) Gold accreditation, and we are now a Class 2 alarm receiving centre. In 2003 we also achieved ISO 9001-2000 accreditation for Quality Management Procedures.

• The Coventry Careline
  A portable panic alarm used by the elderly, but can be used by anyone who feels vulnerable or alone.
• Fire/Intruder/Panic alarm monitoring and response service
  A first class service provided for public, commercial and private premises
• Key holding services
  Let us hold your keys and you can stay in bed when your business alarm rings at 3am.
• CCTV monitoring
  We monitor a variety of CCTV systems, including Adpro. Our diligent officers can pick up incidents and arrange for the blue light services to attend the incident.
• Automatic Number Plate Recognition
  Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is new technology and was recently installed in our control room. The system can assist by identifying unwelcome visitors to your site.
