What's more, it's only 60 minutes away from London by rail and has an international airport on its doorstep.

Local commuting is quick, easy and direct.  More than 1 million people live within a 30-minute drive of the city centre. Many commuters travel from Warwickshire, Birmingham, Solihull, and Leicestershire. This opens up a wide choice of areas in which to live.
