Flat and House Share in Coventry

Flat share or House share is where people share the same house or flat, normally with their own room.  This is very common practise in large cities where the cost of buying and renting a property is high.   There are many benefits of sharing:

  • Living in a flat share will reduce your living costs and create income if you are a landlord
  • People sometimes flat share just to live with other people and be sociable
  • If you share you may be able to live somewhere bigger and nicer than if you lived alone
  • Taking in a lodger can help with paying a mortgage and help you get on the property ladder
  • Short-term rentals may be available.

There are many organisations with which you can register an available room, flat or house and find a suitable housemate, or if you are looking for a room, you can register your needs.
