Dance and drama

Weekly dance sessions focus on dance technique, choreography and performance skills. Dancers are encouraged to work on their physical skills to develop stamina, fitness, co-ordination and safe practise. Choreography is focused on the dancers creating their own dances, expressing their own ideas and responses to themes and tasks given. Dancers are encouraged to perform as much as possible: to each other, to audiences large and small. We also organise regular trips to see performances.

All Youth Dance sessions are designed to be fun, inspiring and challenging. All are welcome, please come and give it a try!
