Enforcement actions

In Coventry we have adopted an "intelligence-led" approach to enforcement. This means that every complaint or enquiry we receive is logged so that we can keep a track of the problem areas or traders. When considering the Enforcement Action to take we will take into account the type and severity of the complaint together with the previous trading history of the trader involved.
