The Gambling Act 2005 requires a licensing authority to prepare and publish a Statement of Principles Gambling Policy every three years. We are currently seeking comments on our new draft revised policy dealing with the licensing of gambling premises; gaming permits and lottery registrations
The consultation will be open until 18 September 2018.
