Entry to Employment team

 As the largest employer in the city, Coventry City Council has embarked upon a number of new initiatives to ensure that disadvantaged groups are provided with employment opportunities to improve their skills and knowledge.

The Entry to Employment team consists of three Employment Support Advisers, a Training and Development Adviser and the Employment and Inclusion Manager and offers a range of work experience or Apprenticeships.

We will be actively working with partner organisations and managers within Coventry City Council to improve the diversity of the Council.
