Coventry and Warwickshire Workplace Wellbeing Charter

The Employer of Choice programme ran up to 2010 and was very effective in enabling organisations to recognise and develop further good employment practices.

The programme also celebrated employers' achievements in the development of work life balance and health and wellbeing. The programme will now continue through the implementation and development of a Workplace Wellbeing Charter. Sub regionally it will be known as the 'Coventry and Warwickshire Workplace Wellbeing Charter'.
