Report a missed bin collection

Before you report a missed collection, please make sure that:

  • Your bin was out for collection by 7am
  • The bin was placed at the kerbside with the handles facing the road
  • The bin was where it could be clearly seen (without blocking the pavement, being in between cars or causing an obstruction to pedestrians)
  • There is not a bin tag, on your bin, explaining why your bin has not been taken
