You can pay by the following methods. Your payments must be received by the due dates on your bill to avoid recovery action starting.
Due to the high volume of direct debit requests that we are currently receiving, some customers may experience a small delay in their request being completed.
We apologise for the delay and we are trying to process all applications as quickly as possible.
If you have applied to make payments through Direct Debit, thank you and please be assured that your application is being dealt with - there is no need for you to take any further action or to make any payments while the application is being processed.
You will receive a Council Tax bill as soon as possible to confirm your payment arrangements – this should be within four weeks of your application being received and any balance that is owed for the current financial year (1st April 2015 to 31st March 2016) will be included in your direct debit instalments.
You will need your Council Tax customer reference number, your bank's sort code and your bank account number.

We accept all major credit/debit cards except for American Express and Diners cards. You can make a payment by using our 24 hour Secure Internet Payment Site.
