Licence - Skin piercing

• Once the application is received an appointment is made with the applicant to check the premises comply with the byelaws.  
• Once completed, a letter is sent out confirming the visit which includes a list, if necessary, of works required to bring the premises up to standard.
• The applicant is asked to contact the officer to arrange a revisit to the premises once remedial works have been completed.
• Once registered, the business will be inspected on a routine basis.

The applicant must return the application form to: Public safety, Commercial services, Broadgate House, Broadgate, Coventry, CV1 1NH together with a cheque for the appropriate amount.

Does tacit consent apply?
