As the UK has not left the European Union, we are required to plan and participate in the European Union Parliamentary Election which will take place across Europe on 23 May.
Whilst the UK remains a member state on the EU, UK Citizens are entitled to vote for and be represented by Members of the European Parliament (MEPs).
Coventry is part of the West Midlands Region, which is currently represented by 7 MEPs.
All eligible electors are entitled to vote in this election, receive a poll card and/or postal vote if appropriate.
Application forms can be downloaded from www.yourvotematters.co.uk or obtained by calling the details below.
The results will be published online at www.coventry.gov.uk/euresults23may2019 following the count process which takes place on 26 May 2019.
If you have a comment or complaint about the City Council's running of the elections, you should refer them to the Council's online complaints form.
If you have a complaint or issue about a candidate, agent or campaigner and you think that electoral malpractice has taken place, you should report this online.
