The Council is continuing its campaign to highlight the need for more foster carers for Coventry children by joining The Fostering Network’s National Foster Care Fortnight which runs from 16-29 May.
Hundreds of the Council’s fostering families and staff joined up for a packed day of fun for all the family at the University of Warwick.
St Mary’s Guildhall provided a lovely setting for last night’s celebration of Coventry fostering families, attended by over 100 people.
A thought-provoking photographic exhibition has been put up in one of the busiest sport centres in the city to help promote fostering.
Generous staff at the University of Warwick aided by the Coventry Foster Carers’ Association delivered a bumper load of presents to the Moathouse Centre in Wood End to be delivered to local children who are supported by Coventry Social Care and Children and Families First team over Christmas.
