The City Council Jobs Team is here to help people get back into work.
The team can help anyone looking for work, claiming or not claiming benefit, people at risk of losing their job, lone parents, young people and graduates seeking work in their chosen career.
Experienced employment advisers can offer help and support with:
Free internet access and use of phones for job search
Creating a CV and completing application forms
Preparing you for interviews
Training and developing your skills for work
Meeting the costs of looking for work, such as transport costs
Dealing with money issues
Cllr Linda Bigham, Cabinet Member City Development, said: "If you are looking to get back into work I would encourage you to come along and see how the Jobs Team can help.
"In the competitive world you may be able to get that vital edge which could make all the difference."
