The fastest Coventrian to ever run a half marathon, Dave Long, has put together three different training plans to help you achieve your goal over the next ten weeks.
Dave said: “I’ve been asked to develop a series of training programmes to assist runners get around the course in under 1 hour 45 minutes, under 2 hours 15 minutes or complete the course with as little stress as possible! I have to say the task took a bit more consideration than I first thought but hopefully all three schedules will help competitors to achieve these goals as the hard work begins.”
