Early History and the Vikings - CPD event for teachers

Tuesday 4 July 4.00-5.30pm Herbert Art Gallery & Museum

Work with our Learning Officer to develop your knowledge of early British history, with an overview from the Iron Age, through the Roman period to the end of the Vikings. Find out how Coventry museums can support the history curriculum and take away ideas for teaching history in the classroom.

There will also be a chance to view Fearsome Craftsmen, the new Viking exhibition at the Herbert.

Aimed at Key Stage 1 & 2 teachers and teaching assistants.

Cost £20 per person, funded places available for Artsmark schools.
