Published Tuesday, 26 June 2018

Free practical workshop at Coventry's Central Library on Saturday 14 July, 12.30 - 1.30pm or 2.30 - 3.30pm.

A fantastic opportunity for Science students aged 16+.

Dr Monica Ciomaga Hatnean, Senior Research Fellow at University of Warwick will be running a free practical workshop ‘It’s a matter of Crystals’ looking at the properties and uses of crystals. Sessions are aimed at young people studying A Level chemistry/physics. Young people can book a place by contacting Anne McFadden on 024 7683 2552 or anne.mcfadden@coventry.gov.uk  and stating which time is preferred.

This offers a great opportunity for young people aged 16+  who are considering a career in science or applying to study a science subject at University, and would be an excellent addition to a UCAS form/CV.
