The accident and incident reporting process is changing

Incident reporting is currently carried out through a system called SHE ASSURE, but following a procurement process, the contract has been awarded to a supplier called ‘Alcumus Info Exchange’.

They have provided a system, which allows the organisation to retain an electronic reporting tool, which in turn has allowed us to make cost savings. The SHE ASSURE contract ends on 30 March 2019, and access to the Alcumus Info Exchange system will begin on 1 April 2019. 

The Health and Safety Team and HR/OD Digital Team will be holding 30 minute information sessions throughout March and April, which will include a system demonstration, and hints and tips which may help you. Information sessions will be available as follows:-

22 March - Willenhall & Gosford Park Children’s Services, Stretton Avenue, CV3 3HQ

  • Session 1: 10:45
  • Session 2: 11:45

8 April - Moat Family Hub, Deedmore Road, Coventry, CV2 1EQ

  • Session 1: 9:30
  • Session 2: 10:30
