Computing for the terrified.....Clickstart sessions
Tuesday 24 January 2012
If you don't know your mouse from your RAM, but would love to really get to grips with the basics of using a computer, then Clickstart is for you.
You will learn all about using the keyboard and mouse, moving on to sending an e-mail and browsing the internet using web addresses and search engines, and the classes are all free.
City centre location: Wednesdays 10.30am - 1pm. Please ring 07737 511215 and leave a message to book as sessions are subject to minimum attendance levels.
Allesley Park library: Mondays 1pm - 3pm. Subject to demand - book via Library staff on 024 7678 5813.
If you already know the basics, but want to learn a bit more, you can come along and use the national online learning portal www.GO-ON.co.uk to share useful internet skills such as shopping online, using Facebook, accessing government services etc.
