A new film has been produced to promote the role of foster carers in an honest way.
The short film called 'Truth be told', is based on the true accounts of foster carers and their heartfelt experiences of fostering teenagers and sibling groups.
It highlights the positive impact foster carers really have on the lives of the children and young people in their care but also recognises that the role of a foster carer may not be an easy one.
The film has been produced by 14 local authorities across the Midlands. Fostering in Coventry offers a rewarding career, training, guidance and 24 hour support, 365 days a year.
