World Mental Health Day Wednesday 10 October - The Big Chillin'

Tuesday 9 October 2012

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is looking for people to take part in The Big Chillin’ and learn how to relax this Wednesday.

The Big Chillin' involves getting as many people as possible across the city to take part in a 15 minute relaxation session.

Regular relaxation can have many benefits, including:
  • More energy
  • Better sleep
  • Better concentration
  • More stable mental state
  • Fewer headaches and less pain
People can take part on the day by connecting on You Tube The Big Chillin World Mental Health Day or the Coventry Mind website at www.cwmind.org.uk or www.mindspace.me.uk.

If you can, down tools and just take 15 minutes of your time between 12.30pm - 12.45pm to enjoy the relaxation and take care of yourself.

If you want further information, please contact Daksha Myrie, Primary Mental Health Worker (Vibes), on  024 7678 5125.
