Age UK Coventry Trusted Traders offers you an easy, safe and reliable way to avoid rogue traders. In just one phone call you can find Trusted Traders for all the maintenance and repair jobs in your home and garden.

This service is available to people of all ages living in the Coventry area and is provided in conjunction with Coventry Trading Standards.

All Trusted Traders are interviewed by Age UK Coventry, and references checked with former clients and with Coventry Trading Standards.

Ongoing monitoring and spot checks are carried out and Trusted Traders will only visit by appointment, will always carry an identity badge, and always have appropriate insurance.

In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with the work that is done by Trusted Traders, Age UK Coventry has a simple complaints procedure and will help resolve any reasonable issues that you may have with the trader.
