Benefits appointment service

We now operate an appointment only service which means that if we can’t deal with your question by phone or email we will book a time for you to see a Benefits Officer.

If you have information that we need to support your claim you can take a picture of it and send this in by email to [email protected]. Emailing us is the quickest way to get this to us and to make sure your claim is processed.

If you need to speak to an officer you will need to book an appointment and this can be done by calling us on 024 7683 1800 to arrange this. 

If you do not you have an email account you can use our document hand-in facility however you may experience a wait to be seen, go to the Customer Service Centre at Floor 1, Broadgate House, Coventry, CV1 1FS. Just up the ramp from Broadgate or through the entrance in the Upper Precinct. 

To make sure your question is answered as quickly as possible please

  • Keep us up to date with your current email address and/or a mobile telephone number / landline number.
  • If you have a smart phone you can take a picture of the information that we have asked for to support your claim – For example a wage slip and send it in to us by email to [email protected].
